Using only carefully selected supply of ash, and work with craftsmen to ensure that the wood is kiln dried (prevents warping and splitting), has consistent 'grain' quality, and is professionally hand-finished with durable lacquer which emphasises the wonderful patina of the wood.

The seasoning process involves traditional methods and is hand finished to produce a beautiful rich glow, which will enhance with age.
