After looking for a while for dark furniture for our home, we came across the Heritage range at Heritage Mountain; I emailed with a couple of queries and got an almost immediate response, very friendly and helpful (and approx. £300 cheaper than the same furniture in a local shop!). We required some extra dining chairs and were quoted for them and received an invoice to pay online and never had a moments problem from start to finish dealing with Heritage Mountain, they kept us up to date on delivery dates and when the courier delivered he, too, was courteous, helpful and friendly. We will definitely use them again and I have recommended them to a couple of our friends. If only all internet shopping could be so reliable, friendly and excellent quality.

Just want to say a massive thanks for all your help.
The courier rang on Thursday and arranged to deliver to our house between 12 and 3pm on the Friday, he turned up at 1.30 and was extremely helpful and courteous - excellent.
As for the furniture - it’s truly beautiful and I can’t stop admiring it!
